The recession had hit hard and the people of Ireland were drinking more at home, staying away from pubs. The LVA tasked us with getting people back. We had become a nation dedicated to social networking, yet we were neglecting our original social network - the pub. We created which helped users organise a night in the pub by sending a personalised video invite to their friends. Each time a user sent an invite they were entered into the prize draw to win €1,000 in cash. Within the first week we had gained 6,000 Facebook fans and over 750 nights had been organised online.
